Maikaze announces Touhou anime project
Doujin circle Maikaze has announced that they are starting a touhou anime project and that they are recruiting additional members for help. A trailer cd will be released at the coming reitaisai on the 21st May. More details will be announced soon.
Obviously if you’re making a touhou anime, the ultimate (9) person has to be the main character. It’s not touhou until Icicle fall -easy-.

I think a Touhou anime has been something that people have been wanting to see, so it will be interesting to see what they come up with for that.

I thought there were quite a few circles currently engaged in Touhou anime attempts, one of the ones with the most progress was actually a TW group, or so I remember.

[...] Se nota que se viene una fuerte temporada de peliculas Hollywoodenses y series de animacion basados en Videojuegos… y esta noticia estoy seguro que la esperaban muchas personas: Maikaze a confirmado que se esta preparando un Anime basado en nada mas y nada menos que Touhou, la serie de Shooting de Shangai Alice que es ultra popular en el mundo Doujin y que a sido recomendada y respetada en miles de webs Japonesas y Norteamericanas. Lo que si habria que mencionar es que, al igual que el juego, la produccion del Anime tambien se viene en forma independiente y se mostrara el primer avance el 21 de Mayo… con toda la trama que tiene Touhou y los fans alrededor del mundo estoy seguro que este es un Anime bastante esperado.
