Personally, I prefer this to karaoke from shows I’ve never watched before.

Anyway, to truly appreciate karaoke, you have to be drinking, so it’s a moot point.

This shows what KyoAni loses with the loss of Yamakan (original Lucky Star director Yamamoto Yutaka), who brings a lot of hipness and creativity to the table, even if he’s lacking in other ways. He directed the karaoke EDs, the new director directed these. Shiraishi’s EDs are funny 2-3 times. Not twelve, unless big changes are coming.

I’d like to think Shiraishi’s part in Lucky Star is simply the wasuremono meme taken way too far.
