Higurashi no naku koro ni kai taken off TV too

usodaaaaaaaaa.jpgTokai TV has announced that they will be replacing tonight’s episode of Higurashi no naku koro ni kai with Gourmet Ichiban hoshi. Man why higurashi too! If I remember right there shouldn’t even be any violence in tonight’s ep! One nice boat is enough!

I hope the other TV stations don’t follow suit…

Japan should just invest in a Nice Boat Channel (NBC, heh) as a pre-emptive measure, so that other stations can air whatever. - ZM

Japan used too have balls. *sigh*

Now their just a bunch of little bitches.

    Oh well.

  6. Tyrenol Says:

Yeah. Japan had a lot of testicles and vertebrae.

During the time of the samurai before guns were introduced and bombs were dropped on them.

Japan’s government and such had been warning people about the excess of otaku blobs: Lethargic, unemployed, ridiculed, no social skills, et al… The anime industry glorifies all of that. Wow, people. Just, WOW.

What will happen to the industry now?

    Nice Boat’s counterpart:

    NICE CHEF!

    On a NICE BOAT!

    With NICE FOOD!

    On a NICE BOWL!

    Okay, I think that’s enough.

  11. Crono Says:

To imply that Higurashi would make axe murder seem acceptable to anyone would also mean to imply that whoever was watching only saw the violence, and none of the consequences of it. If anything this animé portrays senseless violence as the worst possible way to solve conflicts.

    Ridiculous.

why is it.. the things we watch on tv are constantly used as the excuse for the crime commited? is society so simple minded and weak to think this is actually a plausable reason to discontinue and subsiquencely punish those of us smart enough to see.. what we watch and what we do are not one in the same… /sigh.. i hate stupid people.. and those suggesting human misbehavior or behavior in general are directly related to watching a specific genre of broadcast television .. is plain ingnorance…
wanna blame someone.. blame the parents for not teaching the child the differnece between reality and fantasy. Blame the parents for not walking over to the television and turning it off .. instead of allowing the child to continue watching something they have yet to acertain the ablity to understand…

why do i have to suffer and not be allowed to view things i enjoy becuase stupid people exsist in this world?

  13. Atoli Says:

    I don’t get it.
Television is just entertainment, not guidelines to ruin you’re life and go around doing stupid crap that anyone could just go out and do without having to watch it on TV.
    Right?
So why should anyone have to suffer?
    TV is TV.
All you have to know is the difference between fiction and reality, fake and real. It’s not hard.
And parents of all who let their kids watch shows that you don’t want them to watch, just go turn off the dang TV.
    STOP BEING STUPID!

    Thank you.
