Most people were already thinking of the famous Nagoya-based Kissa Mountain when they heard “Ankoiri Pasta Rice” in the ED of anime Bamboo Blade, but Kissa Mountain takes it a step further and makes the dish a reality on their official blog!
Ankoiri Pasta Rice is basically… Pasta rice with anko, a type of sweet red bean paste. So you can imagine the kind of destructive power this dish has, though the blog says that he cooked it differently and it didn’t have the same impact that the dishes at Kissa Mountain have.
Kissa Mountain is a cafe in Nagoya that is famous for its crazy dishes, they’ve been featured on magazines and TV several times.
