Female seiyuu morning call rankings

Goo rankings has put up a new anime ranking for the top female seiyuu that people want to receive a morning call from. So… here’s the top ten from the list.

1) Takayama Minami
2) Hidaka Noriko
3) Hayashibara Megumi
4) Ooyama Nobuyo
5) Nozawa Masako
6) Shimamoto Sumi
7) Tanaka Mayumi
8) Mitsuishi Kotono
9) TARAKO
10) Yajima Akiko

Well… These are all the big veterans that have been around for a long time. The more current seiyuu like Noto Mamiko, Kawasumi Ayako, Horie Yui, Inoue Kikuko, Tamura Yukari and Kuwashima Houko take the backseat being ranked between 20 to 30.

The majority of the people that did the survey were in their 30s or 40s apparently. I wonder how the rankings would be like if the majority were in their 20s.

The VA of Pikachu (Ikue Ohtani) beat Aya Hirano for 11th place lol.

Poor Horie Yui, 24th place :(

This poll is pointless because I don’t agree with it.

    /serious

  3. Anonimo Says:

I still think Megumi Hayashibara like a queen Seiyu but beside her i dont know any other ones that have interest my mornings.

    Nozawa Masako?

I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t like to be woken up by the voice of Goku…

I agree with majority of the list for the most part, especially how Hidaka-san is ranked pretty high. (I already knew Hayashibara-san would have a high position.) What I don’t agree is that Hirano Aya-chan is ranked above people like Hisakawa Aya-san, Inoue Kikuko-san and Tsuru Hiromi-san. (I’d actually have her in the bottom fifth at the highest.) Also, what I don’t agree is the fact that people like Orikasa Ai-san and Iwao Junko-san are not on here.

    My top ten?

    1. Inoue-san.
    2. Aoyama-san (Takayama-san).
    3. Tsuru-san.
    4. Hidaka-san.
    5. Hayashibara-san.
    6. Hisakawa-san.
    7. Mitsuishi-san.
    8. Orikasa-san.
    9. Yamadera-san (Kanai-san).
    10. Kouda Mariko-san.

Huh. Funny how I mentioned people born in the same decade. Hee hee!

Oh, to respond to the last part Zepeh, the list would be totally different. First off, only a third of those people would be on the list at most. Horie-san, Tamura-san, Kuwashima-san and Kawasumi-san would be in the top 10 (top 15 at worst) instead of the bottom third. Oh and people like Sakamoto Maaya-san and Mizuki Nana-san would actually be on the list.
