The official site for Fate/Zero has updated with info that the final volume of Fate/Zero will be released at the Type-moon booth at Comic Market 73. The novel will also be sold in doujinshi shops starting from 31st of December 16:00.

Man it’s going to be released in the shops almost the same time as it is sold in Comic Market this time, I wonder if it’ll be worth queuing for it at Comiket. I know I’ll really regret it if it comes with a megaton settei book as a bonus at Comiket.

Leaf hasn’t announced anything big for their booth yet either, maybe I won’t even be stepping into the industrial booth section this time…

I’ve previously mentioned here that Reibaishi Izuna, a short story based on Izuna from Jigoku Sensei Nube by the same creators, had been published in Oh Super Jump. METEOR now reports that the newly released issue of Super Jump (not Oh Super Jump) has another new short story on Reibaishi Izuna.

That gives a pretty good chance that Izuna will actually be serialized in Super Jump and another chapter is apparently also slated to be in the issue of Oh Super Jump that will be released in January.

Just as everybody has been trying to get their slice of Hatsune Miku money, it has been revealed that AV makers TMA and Ifreet will be joining in the fun and will both be making their own versions of adult videos featuring Hatsune Miku ready for release in February.

A master of art has created a custom made DS Lite with a picture of Suigintou masterfully hand drawn onto the casing and put it up on Yahoo auctions for all to have a chance on getting their hands on this great piece of art.

DEARS has announced that they will be releasing a Tsundere Karuta CD voiced by Kugimiya Rie and it’ll come complete with karuta cards for you to play with too. For those that don’t know what karuta is, here’s a wiki link.

Listening to the samples, all she’s doing is saying baka at the end of every sentence and it’s tsundere apparently. Then again anything that Kugimiya says is supposed to be tsundere or something.

Daienjou reports that Comp Ace magazine will be running a Hachune Miku 4koma manga starting from their February issue which will be released on the 26th of December. This is different from the one that has already started running in Comic RUSH by Kei.

Everybody’s rushing to get their own slice of Hatsune Miku money…!

ITmedia reports that the recently announced Hatsune Miku Nendroid figure has already received over 10,000 pre-orders on Amazon alone just one and a half days after opening pre-orders. Apparently the Good Smile website went down immediately after the ad for the figure was run on nico douga.

All those pre-orders are only from Amazon and they haven’t counted pre-orders from the other stores too, so the actual number of total pre-orders must be crazy.

Sanspo reports that NHK currently plans to have Akibakei idols AKB48, Nakagawa Shouko, and Leah Dizon to sing for the opening of the 58th edition of the famous music song battle show Kouhaku, which will be held over the new year.

They plan to have each of them will sing their own songs and then get together to sing an anime song apparently.

The Net Star will be starting on the 27th of November and it will be all about popular stuff that were on the internet that you would never see in the mass media. The examples of popular internet contents that they’ve put on the show description are quite interesting.

I’m only closely familiar with half of their examples despite being active on the internet for a long time, and the cast isn’t bad too, especially since a certain gizakawayusu girl isn’t on the show.

I’ll definitely be checking it out. It might be cool if they got zombies or the Jojo onikyoukan to perform on the show, I wonder why/how they picked up on loli principal though…

Interview with Ryuukishi07 about the alternate route in Higurashi
Apparently the character in the short story “Kaidan to odorou, soshite anata wa kaidan de odoru” (also later made into a manga) was one of the possible futures of Takano Miyo from the hidden ending in the final chapter of the Higurashi game.

Nendroid Hatsune Miku comes with white eyes + leek version. Man it didn’t look that interesting in Hobby Japan but now I can imagine that there will be lots of people that will be after this.
