Little Busters! XRATED Σ(∵)

Thursday, December 20th, 2007

kitaaaaa.jpgThe pre-order ad for Toy’sworks’ Kudo figure has announced that Key is planning to release an 18+ version of Little Busters! apparently. This would explain why Komari was mysteriously not wearing her panties during that scene…!

Downtime again

Sunday, December 16th, 2007

Going to do some travelling and then I’ll be in Tokyo for Comic Market and stuff so there probably won’t be much in updates till 9th January!

I might try to sneak a few updates, but mostly not.

Japanese image uploader taken down by police

Sunday, December 16th, 2007

nihonowatana.jpgThe owner of a Japanese uploader for uploading images of panties of female characters from online games has been told by the police to take his site down, and the owner has to take a trip down to the police station to have a talk with the police.

According to a post by the webmaster on 2ch, it was because a kid was browsing the images and got caught by his parents, who then called the police.

Apparently one of the images on the uploader was an image that had the graphics edited so it was showing all the body parts without censorship, which was the main reason why the police stepped in.

Doujin game stuff

Sunday, December 16th, 2007

seiyokuwomoteamasu.jpgCircle S.Q.D.T has announced that they will be releasing an expansion for the Succubus Quest short story that they had released earlier in the year at the summer Comic Market.

sugeee.jpgSeishun 18 Kingyo has released the cover image of Sono Higurashi no naku koro ni, the doujin live drama that they have been making for ages. I’ve been waiting for this to be released since forever, it seems they’re finally going to release the first chapter this time.

omoshiroikamo.jpgHachimitsu Kumasan has announced that they will be releasing a touhou themed RPG called Touhou Meiiden at the coming Comiket. It’s apparently their first RPG that wasn’t made in RPGmaker too.

gof2.jpgFrench Bread has put up the official site for Kohatogaoka koukoujoshi guro-bu Gleam of Force.

Downtown series creators to announce new action game at Comic Market

Friday, December 14th, 2007

naniganandaka.jpgDoujin circles Miracle Kidz and Downtown7 will be releasing a Kunio dodgeball game for the PC and will be announcing a new action game at Comic Market. What makes this so special is that Yoshimitsu Yoshida and Mokeke Sekimoto, the original creators of the Famicom version of the Downtown series, are involved.

The list of stuff they will be selling at Comic Market is as follows:

- a Kunio dodgeball game for the PC
- an extra data and omake CD for the game
- a book on the official settings for downtown
- a book on the official settings for baseball monogatari
- the baseball monogatari soundtrack
- a official settings illustrations book

They also plan to sell the games online at a later time.

The dodgeball game that they are releasing for the PC is different from the other Kunio dodgeball game that is being released on the DS by Arc System Works.

Downtown nekketsu monogatari was also known as River City Ransom in the US.

Maid Taxi service ends after a mere 3 months

Friday, December 14th, 2007

crazytaxi.jpgJust when I mentioned about the Maid Taxi service that was in Ishikawa in a recent post, I get the news that the service has ended after 3 months in service! Reason was that they were licensed as a social-welfare taxi service, but there was a flood of healthy people faking injuries.

Apparently that breaks the transportation laws because they were only licensed to carry handicapped people or people that have trouble getting around on their own. They didn’t have a reliable way to tell if a guy is lying about his injuries, and they were risking breaking the law, so they decided to stop the service altogether.

This is a different service from the moe taxi booking service, in case anyone’s confused.

New doujin fighting game from French Bread

Wednesday, December 12th, 2007

gof.jpgNarita has revealed in his diary that doujin circle French Bread has yet again made a game out of another of Shunputei koubou’s fake movies. This time it’s Kohatogaoka koukoujoshi guroobu. The game system is completely different from what was shown in the movie apparently.

A demo will be released at the winter Comic Market.

I was actually worried for a while there that we’d never see French Bread in doujin gaming again because of all that Melty Blood stuff…

Gundam bars open in Akihabara

Wednesday, December 12th, 2007

siegzeon.jpgAkibablog reports that two Gundam bars are slated to open in Akihabara in mid-December. One will be called Federation and the other called Zeon, both are in the same building. They are operating under the 1st, Z and ZZ universe apparently, so older fans should be find themselves at home with these bars.

Moe taxi booking service

Tuesday, December 11th, 2007

untenhaossan.jpgThere already was a maid taxi service that was catered to the handicapped, but now Rakuraku taxi has announced that they are having a Moe taxi booking service for a limited time till the 14th, and you can only book a taxi for the period between 26th December to 31st December within the Tokyo city districts.

When you call their hotline, it will be answered by either a tsundere or a yandere, who will take the taxi bookings for you. Then you will probably get picked up by some male driver in his 40s on the day itself.

Basically they’re targeting all the people who will be travelling into Tokyo for the winter Comic Market.

Also people that tried the hotline have reported that the tsundere sounded pretty cute, and the yandere didn’t put up a good enough act (how do you actually act yandere over the phone anyway?).
