Tommy Lee Jones goes moe in Akihabara
Tommy Lee Jones has been doing a series of commercials for Suntory’s canned coffee called BOSS over the past year or so where he acts as an alien called Jones who is doing a study on life on Earth. The latest commercial has him checking out life in Akihabara.

The commercials always ended with the tagline “This good-for-nothing, wonderful world”, but the statement sure holds a completely different meaning after you watch the Akiba version of the commercial!

The title made me think of him going around buying anime goods. Hopefully (as I haven’t watched the video at this moment), it will not involve him buying anime goods.

I wanted to think that the kyun girl (as pictured above) at the end was Mai Kadowaki. Must be my meganekko fetish goin’ on.
The Suntory page lists her as Ako Haduki (葉月あこ). Lots of fun photo hits for that name. It seems her talent attribute is wearing glasses and cosplay. Mmmm. Aaan, paku, mune ga kyuun to shichiamasu.
