Crypton removes restrictions on doujin games
Ejin kenkyuusho brings news regarding their correspondence with Crypton on their Hatsune Miku doujin game which was asked to be removed from distribution 2 weeks ago. Crypton had actually approved their game for distribution again, though with a change in the game’s title as requested by Crypton.
Though, the biggest change is that Crypton has revised their official guidelines where it comes to doujin games. Previously, the guidelines said that all games were not allowed, but they’ve now completely removed that bit in the guidelines, and people are free to make and distribute doujin games as long as it doesn’t damage their product image.

Seems like Crypton has come to its sense after all. I hope they’ll do the same for figures.

Now if only Kadokawa would wise up.

Looks like they’ve finally realized that their product’s character is actually more popular than their product itself :P.

Indeed. Now how about those figures…?
Personally, I’d just go for the Volks one anyway, just for kicks.

that’s a good thing that Crypton realized how popular their character and their product is and doujin circles are there to show how much they appreciate their product
it may be too late for this coming Wonfes but i guess Crypton will soon allow garage kit circles to produce Vocaloid2 kits ^^
we hope that Kodansha realize it as well ^^

YOU FUCKING PEOPLE DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING DO YOU?
VOCALOID2 IS THE UNDERLYING SOUND ENGINE, INVENTED BY YAMAHA. CRYPTON MADE THEIR OWN SOUND BANK FOR VOCALOID2 AND RELEASED IT AS HATUNE MIKU. I WILL CUT MY DICK OFF AND MAIL IT TO CRYPTON FEDEX EXPRESS IF ANYONE EVER RELEASES A “VOCALOID2″ GARAGE KIT.
SHOWS JUST HOW FUCKING MANY PEOPLE PAY ATTENTION TO ANYTHING AT ALL. JUST ANOTHER BUNCH OF QUEERS CAUGHT UP IN THE HYPE WITHOUT ANY KIND OF PERSONAL INVESTIGATION OR RESEARCH INTO EXACTLY WHAT IT IS THAT GETS THEIR LITTLE DICKS HARD.

The damage has already been done.
Don’t expect the third rendition of Miku to be as popular as the first two.

CAPS LOCK FOR EXTRA EMPHASIS.
I personally find the software more interesting than the characters (though certainly they have their own charm..) …..if only it wasn’t so damnably expensive and difficult to get ahold of. :|
