AKB48 strategy cancelled due to legality issues

takeee.jpgDefSTAR Records has announced that they are cancelling their wonderful business strategy of getting people to collect 44 different randomly selected posters in order to get to go to a special event because it might be against the law.

So as compensation to those people that bought 150 copies of AKB48’s singles, they will be allowing people to return their unopened CDs and posters for a refund.

    Several business laws apparently, one of them having to do with not allowing businesses to offer a prize for collecting a full set of products that are randomly selected.
