Naruko Hanaharu’s first eromanga tankoubon

hanaharudakehagati.jpgNaruko Hanaharu is a long time veteran in eromanga who had been quite popular for a while, but had never had a tankoubon release for some reason. But all that’s going to change now because the latest issue of Kairakuten has announced that they will be releasing his first tankoubon soon.

Hanaharu has always been one of my favourites because his eromanga was always one of those rare ones that were a good read with good ero. Though he hasn’t really been doing any eromanga lately ever since he started that Kamichu manga a few years ago…

KAMICHU WAS A WASTE OF YENS

Woo. Awesome. Gonna party like it’s 1999.

Great news. I love Hanaharu work and his art is absolutely yummy. Perhaps he didn’t release a tankoubon earlier because he wanted to avoid an association with his work on Kamichu? Some publishers can be particularly iffy on artists working on eromanga to avoid any association with another established and more popular (clean) title.

    WHAT?

Kamichu was his? That seemingly harmless manga was his?

Gotta remember to look at teh authors name first

  6. Cardcaptor Says:

This is off topic, but I have always thought he was a she. Must be because of the “ko” in Naruko.

Hmm… but how is this tankoubon going to be different from Comic Shitsurakuten released a while back?

  7. Norio Says:

What Cardcaptor said! It’s silly but I’m mildly disappointed…

But then again this news made me wet my panties a bit so I guess that makes up for it. And am I the only one who loves Kamichu? -_-
