Yamakan’s Kannagi and Kyoto animation

shinseikyoani.jpgThe official site for the upcoming Kannagi anime was updated two days ago with additional info on the anime staff working on the anime, and it revealed a few interesting people that are working with ex-Kyoani director Yamamoto Yutaka.

The most obvious being Kousaki Satoru, who was the Kyoani composer that created most of the songs and BGM in Lucky Star and Haruhi, including stuff like God knows, Lost my music, and motteke sailor fuku.

Then there’s the chief animation director Kadowaki Satoshi who was also from Kyoto Animation but apparently left after Lucky Star ended, and art designer Kesamaru Emi who left slightly after Clannad started.

Director Yamamoto Yutaka really brought a bunch of people with him from Kyoto animation when he started Ordet… I wonder how the anime will turn out.
