How Code Geass R2 ep3 got leaked ahead of time
The Code Geass website has updated with the reason regarding how the last 6 minutes of the anime got leaked onto youtube. Apparently Bandai Channel who was in charge of streaming the R2 episodes on the net had “accidently uploaded episode 3 while trying to prevent illegal uploads of the anime”.
So somehow the guy from Bandai Channel accidently created a new youtube account 5 hours before uploading and then accidently uploaded the last 6 minutes of the anime with the title saying that it’s part 4/4 of episode 3! All while trying to prevent illegal uploads of the anime to youtube.
Somebody is really clumsy.

99.9% chance that this was intentional. More often than not in other industries (see: music), it is.

hi
this shit is way off topic, but someone here probably knows:
anyone know where to get decals for cars made? like the itasha type decals.
mainly just those white lined ones for windows.
this can be in either japan or the US, as getting something made based on some japanese internet meme might not be possible here due to the PROVE YOU OWN IT faggotry going on anywhere you can get something reproduced
thx in advance

I suppose uploading it yourself legally is actually a very simple and extremely effective means to preventing illegal uploading: it makes it unnecessary. I wonder, however, if it isn’t a bit self-defeating in the bigger picture… - ZM

Zot, youtube has an automatic filter that checks uploaded material against copyrighted material and automatically nukes it. It apparently just got uploaded to a public account instead of the company’s copyright buster account.
