Rvlas-If pre-orders reach 150,000, they’ll do a movie, a third series and they’ll re-do the Kyoto arc to include Kotaro and Nodoka’s Pactio. If it gets to 200,000, Ken Akamatsu will get pizza for everyone. 250,000 makes sure that when the movie/new series are dubbed, they’ll call him Negi-sensei or Negi-kun, well worth it, in my opinion. And for 300,000, the DVDs will show you how to cast sagitta magica and perform a Pactio. Plus, a famous PBS tote-bag!
Or they should.

Mahora Fest sounds like the movie, if they make one (he said they would consider it, not that they would do it). Its the only arc that could really be stand-alone. Animated Mahora Fest, released internationally and in theaters, would be amazing. Especially if they had subtitles and dubbed in different theaters, or as a double-feature. Plus, if you’re willing to prove your support for Chairman Fei, tickets are 1/2 off!

Gotank has a good idea about waiting for the end, but I think instead of that they should wait until they know for sure how its going to end and end the new series and the manga at about the same time and in the same way or use the new anime for an alternate ending.

If Negima were to actually become a series that followed the manga i would watch it 24/7 if they used the Ala Alba animation or a new animation that sticks close to the manga and god if they did the martial arts tournament that would be so epic more epic than what people like to call Naruto is epic Negima series ollowing the manga would be higher than Naruto and Bleach put together

IMO they should just wait for the manga to end first before starting off any more anime. I mean I like negima and all, but past experience tells me anime that attempt to follow ongoing series usually get cut off badly without a proper end, or else deviate from the manga and generate a lot of criticism from fans.

yep the final count was 82,581…and Im in it too :).

Keep in mind thats the count for the very first OVA, not the whole three set. So be expecting more negima in the future :)

What’s the current amount sold? I’d love to see a Movie of the Mahora Festival.And the Third series be about the current Arc, The Magic World. Showing Kotarou’s appearance however would need an OVA or two.

Seriously, I hope they use the OST/BGMs in the XEBEC’s version of Negima. I don’t like the BGMs made by SHAFT.

I want a Character voiced by Akio Otsuka. I like Akio because of his voice for “Snake from Metal Gear”.
And I want the scene from Chapter 166 with Akira from Manga Vol. 18. I never thought it would happen, until I checked out the Manga Vol. 18.
