Half Elf tentacle rape DS stopped before release
Doujin circle Team-DSX has been making a doujin game called “Half Elf tentacle rape DS” which will be based on the DS with plans to release during summer Comiket, but they’ve been told by the Comic Market preparation committee that their circle registration for the summer Comiket has been cancelled.
They’ve apparently only received the cancellation from the comiket committee that they aren’t allowed to be at the summer comiket, but there is no actual word on the reason or if Nintendo is behind the reason for this.
Though I’d suspect that part of the reason is that they were actually distributing flyers advertising the game in Akihabara and how it needs a storage device like the R4 to play the game, together with an ad from an R4 distributor just under the flyer. The banner that they printed for Comic Market seemed to be advertising that they were selling the R4 too.
Stuff like R4 is pretty sensitive now since Nintendo just sued the distributors in Japan, so it’s probably part of the reason.
