Tonari no 801-chan TV series by Kyoani
Kyoto Animation is apparently going to be doing a TV anime for Tonari no 801-chan, which is set to air in 2009. I literally spit coffee when I saw this. I guess the rumours that Kyoani is starting to have two lines of production might be true afterall…?
Also, Clannad After Story was screened at the TBS anime festival and it’ll start airing on the 2nd of October as previously suspected.

I can’t really read the site that well but it’s about a girl that turns into a gremlin I guess which seems like a recipe for success. Can’t wait!

It’s basically about an otaku couple, and 801-chan is the girl who loves BL (801 stands for yaoi). That creature climbs out of her back when she gets excited about BL and stuff.
Also, a live action movie was released last year.

So it’s mainly about the Eight Hundred One and the CLANNAD for KyotoAnimu, huh?
My hope is for October to come soon so I can purchase “Host Club” and “Claymore.” (Put them together; I call it “Clubmore.”)
I also hope for Nabari No Ou to be released via Funimation. (Because that company, as well as Media Blasters, seem to be the only cool companies, who do English dubbing, left in the US.)
