Key has put up the site for their upcoming game Rewrite now. Apparently it’s now Key tradition to do official stuff on April 1st. Still no release date or info on if it’s ero or not. Also the characters appearances seem to look really young this time.

The Ichijinsha column on Akibablog has announced that the May issue of Comic REX will come with a copy of the demo for Touhou Seirensen. The magazine will still sell at the same price of 500 yen, so there won’t be any extra costs or anything.
Almost related, the cover for TMA’s Touhou AV film “Cosplay Reitaisai” has been revealed (NSFW). The catch phrase talks about flying sweat and DANMAKU FUCK. I’m not sure how DANMAKU FUCK is done.
I’d almost buy it if they shout about grazing for points and small collision boxes in the AV film, almost.

Doujin circle French Bread has started the online matching test for GOF2 and it’s available for download here. The game will connect to a central server which will then automatically match players up with each other, which solves the problem of players not being able to find opponents to play with.
Also Tayutama will be ported to the Xbox 360 by 5pb. Probably to try to cash off the anime that will be starting soon.

Nishimata Aoi has announced on her blog that she has been picked to represent Japan in an upcoming Star Wars art book which will contain art from over 100 illustrators. She is one of only two artists that are representing Japan in the art book, which is expected to be released late 2009 or early 2010.
The other artist representing Japan is unnamed, but Nishimata comments the other person is somebody who has been around much longer than her and is completely out of reach for somebody like her. She also says she is in charge of the moe illustration, so I’m assuming the other artist will be from a different genre.
Also the book will apparently have a page to introduce the background on each artist that is featured, so it’ll be a pretty big book.
