Alicesoft’s oldest scenario writer resigned
From the Alicesoft staff diary, Tori, who was one of the founding members of Alicesoft and has worked on all the Rance games, Daiakuji and Daibanchou, Toushintoushi 2, and other games, has announced that he has left Alicesoft due to failing health.
According to Tori, for the past 10 years he has been having various health problems for which the exact cause could not be found, and it has worsened recently. He tried to continue working but things weren’t working out too well so he has decided to leave.
Alicesoft was established in 1989, so Tori has basically been writing eroge scenarios for at least 20 years. TADA also comments on the Alicesoft site that now that Tori has left, it makes TADA the current longest staying employee in Alicesoft.
Also before anyone asks, the Rance series should probably still be fine since TADA is the main guy in charge of Rance.
