Key announces Maeda Jun project Angel Beats!
Key has announced a new game called Angel Beats! which will have the scenario written by Maeda Jun and art by Na-ga. Maeda was supposed to have quit scenario writing after Little Busters ended so he can focus on music stuff, but he sure came back really quickly!

They’re making a Romeo+Ryukishi game and a Maeda game at the same time. Key is almost becoming my new favorite eroge brand now.

The latest Dengeki G’s which doesn’t say what the Angel Beats! project is supposed to be either, aside from that Maeda Jun will start a blog and there’s a corner on the web radio where listeners are supposed to guess what it’s supposed to be, and a comment from Maeda saying that it’ll be nice if it’s an RPG.

Na-Ga is not relatively new and he’s been working for Key since the production of Air in CGs and later he cooperated with Hinoue Itaru in Little Busters! character designs (probably that’s why that character design is too similar to hers, or am I wrong? I think I’m wrong).

@ELF: No, I get what you mean. It’s just that I found a strange disconnect when he referred to Na-Ga doing the art as “not new” when Hinoue was the most prominent before Little Busters.
