Remember the situation in the USA, EU and commonwealth states is even worse regarding to silly "child pronography" regulations. Germany will be even censoring the internet since the respective law proposal passed the parlament last month, same with Australia and some other countries, and now even the EU is discussing of implementing ia internet censorship infrastructure. Th's just the beginning, all major "anti-whatsover" front groups, which all are controlled anyway, are pushing for the regulation of the internet with the child-protection argument and to get the approval of the dumb masses the most common used factors are child-pornography and violent video games. There is nothing non japanese people can do to help you in this kind of situation.
