Man sharing Rapelay on P2P arrested
According to the Yomiuri evening paper, the Kyoto Prefectural Police have arrested a man in Kanagawa under suspicion of spreading an uncensored sexual abuse game online through the Japanese P2P network “Share”.
The game apparently features stuff such as raping two women and their mother on their train, and the game in question has had the mosaic removed.
Apparently the problem here is the removal of the mosaic and not the actual game. Also the article doesn’t mention the title, but the only game that can fit the description is Rapelay anyway (since the mosaic can be removed).
Of course there are a ton of uncensored porn on the Japanese internet but they picked Rapelay to make an arrest anyway!
Edit: Now they show game footage on TV news! There’s another conference tomorrow among the politicians on the censorship issue, I guess the timing of the police is always perfect.

technically the porblem here lie on the fact share is involved which japan has been desperately trying to stop the only coincidence here is that RL is involved so go figure im not sure about modding game content has something to do though since im not aware on illusion’s statement agreements on their game as i never do apply mods in any of their games recently

He basically did two illegal things: distribute illegally (although I’m not sure if it’s still for sale) and remove mosaic. Japanese are very anal about showing the genitalia, so I think this guy would’ve had less problems if he hadn’t removed the mosaic (anyway you can do that by yourself).
But yes it’s so convenient they happened to choose these game… now feminazis and spineless opportunistic politicians will be all over it again…
