Hatsune Miku is motion captured from 13 year old
Hatsune Miku Project Diva has been released on the PSP for a week now and with 101,000 copies sold making up 174% of the initial shipment.
It has now been discovered that Hatsune Miku’s motions in the game are motion captured from 13 year old child idol Ogura Yui, according to Ogura Yui’s official website.
So… If you thought Miku’s dancing (youtube) was cute you might be a potential criminal if Noda Seiko has anything to say about this.

Err… Actually, when they announced the released date some month ago at Sega’s Event, it’s been known that the motion is captured from her. She’s there.

Current Japanese law defines child pornography as:
i. Any pose of a child engaged in sexual intercourse or any conduct similar to sexual intercourse;
ii. Any pose of a child having his or her genital organs touched by another person or of a child touching another person’s genital organs, which arouses or stimulates the viewer’s sexual desire;
iii. Any pose of a child wholly or partially naked, which arouses or stimulates the viewer’s sexual desire.
Yeah, if the law is revised to include fictional material, this is child porn.

do you guys ever see miku in that game like in…

Miniskirts can be considered as partially naked. So can sleeveless outfits, hanging shirts, etc. etc.
And as for “arouses or stimulates the viewer’s sexual desire”, all it takes for it to be criminally sexy is for the imagery to arouse the politician reviewing the material.
