Evangelion guitars from Fender
Fender has announced that they’ll be auctioning two Evangelion themed guitars built by Yuriy Shishkov on the 1st of December. The specifications on the guitars can be seen here.
The front page for Fender Japan is also now advertising the guitars by doing a cool parody of all the famous lines in Eva.

Is it too late for Fender to re-brand their 1962 Jazz Basses and Les Pauls with K-on packaging and a tiny sticker or two on the actual guitar and reap in the monies from obsessed fans?

Being a guitarist myself, I think a Fender x Evangelion collaboration is awesome.
Ironically however, I think the design looks terrible. I would probably just prefer simply the red NERV logo against a black background.
…or should I want it anyway just because it’s Evangelion related?
