According to Media Create’s sales numbers, the Xbox360 console sold 4,000 units in Japan over the period between 16th August to 22nd August. However, over the same period, only 1,000 xbox360 games have sold.
The Xbox360 is a real gaming console which is so much fun that people don’t need to buy the games!
Also recently there have been an increase in reports of China men walking into retail stores saying they’ll buy every Xbox360 arcade console available. The picture above is one such incident which really happened, except without the dancing around.
Black Rock Shooter RPG has been announced, no details yet.
It’s supposed to be for the PS3 and developed by Image Epoch but that’s a secret.
The Flight Plan website had been inaccessible since the end of July, and today somebody went to check the Flight Plan building and it seems nobody is there. Their mailbox is full and lying on the ground and there’s with a ton of mail scattered everywhere because they couldn’t fit into the mailbox.
Flight Plan was best known for their Summon Night series and they also made Shining Force Feather which was published by Sega.
There has been no official word from the company on if they really are dead or if they got bought out by another company and moved elsewhere and forgot to change their mailing address.
I thought KOF13 was pretty awesome (compared to kof12 anyway) but apparently it’s too buggy for tournament play and anybody using Vice will probably trigger a bug by accident and get disqualified.
There are still a lot more bugs that are not being addressed by the rules, so they’re probably allowed, like Mature’s infinite combo, Takuma & Daimon using EX moves without meter.

1. Hwa Jai’s flying into the air
If the player does Hwa Jai’s special move “Dragon Kick (EX version)” and drive cancel or HD cancel into a weak Dragon tail, the player will lose control of Hwa Jai and he’ll fly into the air out of the screen.
★ According to the rules in Tougeki 10, if this happens, the player that was playing as Hwa Jai will be disqualified.
2. Vice “Splash” stun lock when trading hits
When the player uses Vice’s special move “Splash” and trades hits with any character’s ground attacks, the opponent’s character will be stuck in stun animation and the game will not be able to progress until time runs out.
★ According to the rules in Tougeki 10, if this happens, the player that was playing as Vice will be disqualified.
3. Vice’s special move “Overkill” causing certain characters to become unplayable
If Vice uses “Overkill” and throws certain characters when they are recovering in the air, it will cause the thrown opponent to become unplayable (Affected characters: Iori, Vice, Shen, Mature, Terry, Andy, Takuma, Ash, Mai, Maxima)
★ According to the rules in Tougeki 10, if this happens, the player that was playing as Vice will be disqualified
4. Ralf’s NEOMAX SDM trading hits bug
When Ralf’s NEO MAX trades hits with any character’s mid-air attack. the opponent will get stuck floating in the air.
★ According to the rules in Tougeki 10, the player playing as Ralf will have to quickly recover the opponent by using a weak jumping attack and the match will continue as normal. (The player will not be disqualified)

Totori DLC will let Totori’s sister join the party
Price and date not confirmed. Might have other characters becoming usable in the future too. Will also add an option to change the in-game BGM and a model viewing mode where you can view the in-game models.

Where Otoko no ko means cross dressing men. The company is Mirai Shonen, they’ve done some moe mags and some mobile games previously.

It’s approximately 5 minutes per game, you play a mini-game and go on a date, you can just play at 200 yen or you can play at 300 yen and you’ll get one of these cards from the machine.

ZUN has announced on his blog that he’ll be releasing Touhou 12.8 “Touhou Sangetsusei - Yousei Daisensou” at the upcoming summer Comiket. The art is by the Touhou Sangetsusei artist Hirasaka Makoto, and in the game the player will play as Cirno and freeze incoming bullets instead of dodging them.
I guess Cirno is the strongest and there is no need to dodge bullets at all.
Love Plus Arcade has been announced and they will be holding location tests this weekend on the 24th and 25th. No details on how the game will play or if it’ll have a sensor to measure your heart beat like that other Konami love sim arcade game.

Today I was wondering why the gaming threads on 2ch were talking about some things that Kevin Butler said at E3 which I don’t remember at all. Then I realized that Impress AV watch had quoted Kevin Butler saying the following:

Translation:
