MikarunX is a newly serialized manga by Takatoo Rui that has recently started running in Champion RED starting from the November issue. The story starts with Minami Runna who is a completely normal girl that somehow managed to enter a top class all girls high school that is full of girls that look like they’re from wealthy families. And of course as all stories of this theme goes, she gets picked on in the first chapter… (contains a little nudity)

“I’m going to stop being an otaku!”
Having been a fan of Kijima Renga for more years than I can remember (8 years?), I definitely couldn’t miss out on the latest volume of Monthly Shounen Ace since Renga had started a new serialization in that magazine. Comics about fujoshi has been pretty popular nowadays, what with stuff like Tonari no 801chan. This comic in particular is a light comedy revolving around otaku and fujoshi.
So yeah, I’m trying to introduce manga… somehow.
“I was 15″ is a AVG doujin game about the love life of a 15 year old girl by doujin circle Arkham that was released earlier this year. A trial version of the game is available for download on the official website.
Umineko no naku koro ni is the newest game by the makers of Higurashi no naku koro ni. It was shorter than I thought, only lasted for 3 days. It wasn’t scary like Higurashi was years ago, but I am glad it looks more like a real serial murder now as compared to the cases in Higurashi where they weren’t much so.
Natsuhi is wonderful. I already have an idea of who could have done it and have some theories on how some of them were done, but the game has too little details on the crime scene, though that is probably also a hint in itself…
The characters weren’t awesome like in Higurashi, but the characters in Higurashi didn’t become awesome till several games into the series anyway (K1’s reality marble didn’t even activate till Higurashi3). And I like dai’s music. The music sounds cheap but I love it.
And Bernkastel! I thought it was really cool for her to appear. The next few games should be interesting.
Little Busters! was released on the 27th of July and is the latest major game release by Key since the release of Clannad in 2004. So after a week of playing I’ve finally finished it and I thought I’d take a shot at writing my thoughts. However I learnt that I suck and it took me 3 days just to write my thoughts.
