A new Rurouni Kenshin anime has been announced to be in the works for some reason. The two OVA and the movie are going to get a BD release too.

I wonder if they’re going to do something completely new or if they’re just going to do jinchu arc.

Marvelous Entertainment has announced Senran Kagura for the 3DS. It’s some sort of an action game where there are 3D boobs and panties. The art is by Yaegashi Nan who has done the art for a number of games by Circus.

07th Expansion has announced that their new game will be a spin off game based on Higanbana no saku yoru ni.

Ryukishi07 is currently the writer for the comic with the same name. A short introduction to the comic can be seen at Fujimishobo’s website.

I thought the Higanbana comic was kinda interesting, but after what happened with Umineko I’m not sure if I want to play the game.

Visualarts has posted up the opening movie for Rewrite and it’s looking awesome. Hope the battle route is being written by Romeo and not by that Ryukishi guy.

Last year’s Miku DVD frisbee incident:

5pb was in charge of making the DVD for the Miku live concert 2010 and they had an argument with the concert planner/producer Kuroda Takayasu during the sound mixing stage of production.

As the producer of the concert Kuroda wanted to delay the release of the DVD as he wanted to make sure it was of the best possible quality, however 5pb wanted to compromise so that they could meet the release date.

Kuroda had to give in in the end as 5pb had the authority to have the final word.

Kuroda receives a sample later and comments that he’s embarrassed that he’s credited as producer and the DVD’s just a shitty frisbee.

Last year August it was reported that the building that Flight Plan was in looked dead and it didn’t seem like anybody was still there. Now the same user has posted new photos from the site showing that the building is now demolished and gone.

I guess that’s the end of Summon Night, I wonder how many of the Flight Plan people are at Apollosoft now.
